I recently attended Damira at West Street and had my first appointment with Anastasia! I have not been to the dentist for many years and was very nervous! I did not feel judged like I thought I would have been, I felt reassured, welcomed, I felt calm and supported. We have a plan in place and I actually had a really positive experience and it was the complete opposite of what I had in my head. The Receptionist was also very lovely and helpful. The receptionist I spoke to when booking the appointment was very pleasant. My appointment was at the Demira on West Street Fareham, even though I was nervous initially, the dentist made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I would definitely recommend this practice. Their customer service was really exceptional.

Had an appointment booked for a filling. Arrived on time and went in promptly enough. I was seeing a different dentist to the one who advised that I needed the filling. He advised that I would be wasting my money as the filling would not last in the tooth. More than happy with the honesty shown and I didn't need to pay for the appointment but I did take 1/2 day annual leave for no reason. Very frustrating.
