After a visit to the emergency dentist I got referred to the dental stabilization program to prevent more reliance on the service. I got a call from mydentist and they booked me in. I went to my first appointment that lasted all of 1-2mins and they supposedly booked me in again for some fillings. A few weeks later I rang up to check the date and time for the appointment as I didn't receive a text or any info for it to only find out that it wasn't actually booked. I got told I'd be rung back after they have spoken to the dentist about it only to receive no call. I left it a couple days and …
Am really impressed with the South Lawn Terrace dental practice that I've been a patient of for years. They're very professional &, as a team, go out of their way to help. Norea & her assistant are wonderful & I've always received good treatment from them. Thanks to everyone!
My lovely dentist Anna has gone above and beyond for me since I came to my dentist. I can’t thank her enough, she makes me feel at ease every time… her dental nurse Alex is equally wonderful and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better!
I can’t recommend Dr. Anna enough! She combines incredible skill with the kindest, most gentle approach I’ve ever experienced from a dentist. From the moment you walk in, she makes everything feel completely stress-free — nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and put you at ease. Her warm, reassuring manner makes what could be an anxious experience feel comfortable and even pleasant.
