My 9-year-old son had been in pain for almost one weeks with an infection, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. He wasn’t registered anywhere, and two other clinics couldn’t offer an emergency appointment. When I called Exeter Dental Care, the Practice Manager Shijin listened with real concern. Even though they had no appointments, he quickly added my son to the system and managed to arrange an emergency appointment the same day. I felt so relieved.
