My 9-year-old son had been in pain for almost one weeks with an infection, and I was honestly so stressed and worried. He wasn’t registered anywhere, and two other clinics couldn’t offer an emergency appointment. When I called Exeter Dental Care, the Practice Manager Shijin listened with real concern. Even though they had no appointments, he quickly added my son to the system and managed to arrange an emergency appointment the same day. I felt so relieved. I’m truly grateful to Shijin and the whole team for helping us when we really needed it. Thanks a Lot
I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The clinic is extremely neat and clean, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff are all friendly, polite, and attentive, which makes the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The dentists Paul is highly professional and take the time to explain everything clearly. The reception is very welcoming and approachable, making you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Overall, it’s one of the best dental clinics I’ve visited, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality care in a warm and friendly environment.
