Would give it a 0 if I could. Was treated here for my braces for 3 years, each appointment was with a different dentist. Sue Topping was exteremely rude to me on multiple occasions, even once commenting on my skirt length (I was 15/16 at the time); none of the other adults in the room said anything about this completely inappropriate comment. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Dental practitioner who checks teeth of children for orthodental work had such poor attitude, no empathy , just miserable. Will not be returning!

Took forever to get my appointment with my orthodontist my appointment was at 4:30 got seen at 5:15 there were people going in who came after me

Sadly I would not recommend the practice. The reception staff are rude and speak down at you.(baffles me that people treat others this way) We’ve had both our children seen by Sue Toppings, one a referral and one payed for. While she was okay, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere if you’re going to pay for your treatment. Is not worth the stress the reception staff cause! The bad outweighs the good in this case.
