S3 Dental Hinchley Wood

As I am no longer an NHS patient and have to pay privately I asked for a cost for a check up. I was told £70.00 including X-ray. During the check up I was asked if I’d ever had a 3D scan. I hadn’t but asked if it was included as part of the checkup and told ‘yes’. My bill then came to £125.00 with no explanation for the additional cost which I can only assume was the scan. I don’t trust this dentist at all as the scan was only used to discuss possible cosmetic procedures. I couldn’t raise my concerns at the time as I had another appointment but I will question this cost and look for another…

The attention to detail by the lead Dentist and all his staff have been second to none. Having been a patient at this Surgery for well in excess of 30 or 40 years, (maybe longer) my recommendation is not given lightly and Dr Butt's way and advice he gives not only to me but to my family ensures that we are never pressurised into undertaking treatments that are not necessary.

I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years, and I only have ever had a fantastic experience. Dr Pavandeep in particular has been wonderful. I’ve had a number of procedures and he’s explained them all to me thoroughly, explained options and made suggestions whilst being very reassuring. My children have also enjoyed their checkups with him!

I have total confidence in Dr Butt. I have several dental problems and his investigation was very thorough and he was honest about the best way forward. He actually discouraged me from opting for costly treatment at the moment. We will review in 6 months
