Smile Dental Care Eastleigh

Normally I have a good experience here, but this evening, my mum and I were waiting at the front counter for around 15 minutes when it was practically empty whilst two receptionists were talking with another patient. Very poor customer service as we were not acknowledged once when we were very clearly waiting patiently. When we were finally being spoken to, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. I understand that these situations are inevitable at times, but there were plenty of staff around and it is standard customer service to at least acknowledge your patients. Very un…

I was always petrified of dentist till I came here. Dentist Michelle and nurse chloe put me at ease. I had multiple teeth removed all under there wonderful kind care .I've just had my dentures completed and I couldn't be happier. I now have my smile back 😁thank you so much ! And a shout out to the lovely receptionist Samantha (blonde lady )for arranging all my appointments swiftly. Lovely young lady .thank you !.

Had my last retainer appointment today after having braces. Thea is so lovely and caring. She’s always gentle and welcoming. Can be hard to get an appointment as books were often closed. However the receptionists were always helpful.

Had emergency appointment yesterday phoned at 9 30 seen at 3.00 dentist and her assistant who treated me were wonderful kind understanding and some humour had to have tooth out. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated their kindness and care . Thankyou. Maureen Ashley
