This is honestly the worst dental experience we have ever had. I visited this practice with my daughter, and what we witnessed was extremely disappointing. The clinic felt very disorganised, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The dentist in Surgery 1 was shockingly rude to his staff. While I was upstairs, I could hear raised voices, and when I came back down, I saw him shouting at the receptionist and nurses about something related to payments.
