After my regular checkup this morning, not with Aaron but with stand in Nick, I was pleased that I experienced what I consider to be a thorough checkup something that I had not experienced since my dentist was Melinda. Thank you Nick.
Have been using this practice for years, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff and dentist Neil Elnaugh are all fabulous and I trust them totally. Being someone who hates going to the dentist, and is absolutely rigid in the dentist chair until the procedure is over, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, been in pain or uncomfortable in all the years I have been going there. I know I am in good hands and thankfully the fact I'm such a rubbish patient is fully taken on board and taken into account 🙏 .
Both Neil Elnough and my hygienist Claire Saunders are kind,welcoming and informative and always provide an amazing service. The ladies on the desk are always happy and helpful too.They say no one likes the dentist but I think they both break from tradition here. Thank you to all the team here.
I have been with this surgery for many years after a recommendation from a friend. I see Neil who is very friendly, caring and a brilliant dentist. I don't say that lightly as I have always been scared of dentists due to past experiences; however Neil immediately puts you at ease.
