Absolutely just the worst. No communication what so ever - ordered a prescription using their online app? They won't tell you if it's been accepted or done. They just close the call. Have a daughter who has been super ill and has had a really bad cough for over 4 weeks? Call them up, and ask for a call back 5 hours later "oh no, we are over whelmed!" Try again tomorrow. This isn't the bloody lottery, you are a health service! My 1 year old daughter is suffering badly and you say 'try again tomorrow'. No you do your jobs and get her booked in. Used their messaging player from yesterday…
Absolutely uselss. Just go to A&E, that's all they suggest anyway. Spend 2 hours in a phone queue that tells you to use their online services that are 90% of time not working to then be told by a receptionist that they're overbooked and too full unless its an emergency, in which case you'll get a call back in another 2 hours by another receptionist telling you to go to A&E because the doctor's don't seem to exist to actually talk to you about your issues. Go there in person to see how empty their lobby is, claiming just how busy they are. Stand waiting while the reception are busy talking…
Ian Gow Memorial Health Centre - Rang on Bank Holiday Monday for an emergency dental appointment after Briggton services said nothing for 48 hours (after 111 said theyd eeferred me for something within 6 hours) relating to an ongoing persistent issue that my own dentists have been failing to resolve for a number of years. All the staff were friendly and courteous and tge lady on the phone actually listened and understood my issue when I called - offering me an appointment within 2 hours of my call. The dental staff themselves were great and performed the procedure that my own dentists hav…
Today: sorry we've had too many calls... the other day I fell asleep for almost two hours woke up and I was still on the phone in the queue it's ridiculous I've had to take myself to the hospital several times where they help me and seem genuinely concerned but can't refer me because it has to be my doctor just for hours waiting and then the doctors ignore vital symptoms it's beyond a joke!!!
