Maxine and her Assistant were great today. The experience was good and l didn't feel nearly so nervous this time. Maxine was extremely precise with sorting out my bridge to ensure it fitted comfortably. She took her time and explained each part of the process. It feels a bit alien in my mouth but looks complete and l am very happy with it, especially as l have been without a tooth for nearly a year. I had a bridge fitted by Dr Maxine Lam she did a great job and was very thorough and explained through all my options with me. Very happy with the service overall. The reception team were really helpful aswell.

I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist after a bad experience when I was younger, but this visit completely changed that. The dentist was calm, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I never felt rushed or judged, and the treatment plan was clear and easy to understand. The reception team were also friendly which made the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m glad I found this practice and actually feel confident about coming back!
