Vale Hospital

My grandma was a patient on the stroke ward for several months, and throughout that time the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and compassionate. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them; they always had a smile on their faces and a wonderful attitude towards both the patients and their families. It was clear that they genuinely cared. My grandad visited every day and stayed all day to be with my grandma, and the staff looked after him just as thoughtfully as they did their patient. Ive been twice ti this centre over the years. once on christmas eve.. my daughter seen promptly and the staff are amazing and once with my other daughter on a Saturday morning as pharmacy wouldn't help. They are amazing literally seen with in 10 minutes staff are so lovely polite and helpful this centre is a credit to the NHS and others need to learn from it. Thanks so much for providing us with such a great service

The receptionist was so friendly and lovely. I was seen super quickly! My clinician (Sarah), was so helpful and explained everything to me in so much detail, even showed me pictures. She recommended a variety of things to help. Great experience!

I went to Dursley hospital this morning, and I have to say how impressed I was, all the staff were caring and cheerful and worked together as a very efficient team, they obviously enjoyed working here. I was triaged, had x-ray and follow up and back out within 3/4 of an hour. Thank you to you all, you all are brilliant 🤩
