This is only 3 stars due to the rude, up there own behind, RECEPTION STAFF. The dental staff are great. Why do the receptionists think they have the right to act the way they do? They are only receptionists! There have been soooo many people complaining about them all so why are they still employed?
All the staff are very friendly and helpful, my dentist is great she is understanding of how I feel and makes sure I’m relaxed and comfortable very reassuring all throughout my appointment 😀
The reception staff are amazing, they have gone over and above to help me with recent emergency appointments, thank you ladies.
Disgraceful customer service. My son is NHS. Constant cancelled appts. Needs mouth checking after accident and needs a filling. Next appt out of school time in 8 months.
