I am writing this review as a first time visitor to this practice, as I entered the building I noticed the reception on the left, I entered and was greeted professionally by the receptionist, askeing my name and who I was seeing and wether I had filled in the online patient forms (which I had) I was then shown to the waiting room which was clean and bright. After a few minutes Dr Peter Mears came and introduced himself and led me to his surgery, he was very chatty and made me feel at ease. Peter settled me in the chair and explained the procedure he was going to do. He carried out a thoroug…
After 20+ years or working with Alison, I worried when she retired. Not after my experience yesterday. Peter Mears was fantastic, so detailed and made me feel very welcome. Will continue my 100 mile round trip to this dentist that I have visited since I was a kid. Can't say how happy I am with the work Peter has done.
Absolutely fantastic dental surgery. I'm a nervous patient but Peter is so calming, I will never be scared about going to the dentist again. All the staff are so welcoming. Highly recommended
