I have been attending this dental practice for over 18 years and have always received the best treatment and advice anyone could wish for. If you are apprehensive or nervous about a visit to a dentist you will be put at ease and treated with courtesy and consideration. I would highly recommend this friendly practice.
I called yesterday for an emergency appointment and was booked in for the evening to see Dr Ken Aylward. I am an extremely nervous person but Dr Aylward was extremely gentle and understanding during my appointment which made me feel extremely relaxed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and overall I’m very happy with the experience! The treatment needed for my teeth was explained to me in great detail and Dr Aylward took the care time to explain what steps can be taken for me to achieve good dental steps. My first time ever going to a dentist I went to this place the people were absolutely amazing they really cared and was really affectionate towards me they understood that I was very nervous and they made me feel so at ease with my tooth extraction and I would dislike to say to anybody that was thinking about having any kind of teeth treatment that this place in Dover is probably the best place to go to people there are amazing absolutely five star service thank you so much for helping me with my two extraction today
