Bupa Dental Care Dover

My daughter who is 11 had an appointment with Dentist Faizal today. He is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He was amazing with my daughter and explained everything from start to finish. He was very kind. She had unfortunately got herself very worked up before we arrived. He allowed her to ask questions even press the chair buttons to put her at ease! Dental nurse Barbara was a delight too.

The reception and dental staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had no issues with any of my treatment and overall both appointments were very positive experiences. Faizal Dossa explained everything very clearly and took time to answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and both him and Barbara were also very friendly. Highly recommend

The receptionists at Bupa Dental Care are always very helpful and engaging. Debbie is a ray of sunshine and a credit to the practice. I had an emergency appointment today and expected some antibiotics. The dentist offered other fully explained options of which I elected an extraction. Not an enjoyable procedure for anyone. The extraction was completed with the minimum of fuss, in a lighthearted manner and to be fair minimal pain. Keeping my mouth open caused the most discomfort! Amazing skills. Well done to all the staff.

Amazing practice! Gave us an emergency appointment after 6 sleepless nights. The dentist Eleanor is amazing so reassuring and the receptionist are amazing too definitely not all heroes s wear capes thankyou so much bupa!!!
