Have previously had appts with both Dr Fitter and Dr Mehrabanian and a hygienist appt with Mr Zarei. All incredibly kind, thorough and explain things very clearly. Great dental practice and those on reception are lovely and helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience with Bupa dental in Dingwall. My first dentist Mojtaba Mehrabanian was awkward and did a terrible job. He put in a filling that lasted me two days. Moreover, he made me feel very uncomfortable. When I put in a complaint and changed dentists, I made a new appointment, the second dentist Nigel Fitter refused to treat me because I had put in a complaint. Instead of cancelling over the phone, he made me come to the practice, made me wait so he could humiliate me. Moreover, management is unreachable and unresponsive. I’ve been using this dental practice for the last six years, and have been entirely happy with the level of expertise, professionalism and service. It really is a first class operation, and the current main dentist, Moji, is absolutely at the top of his game and also the nicest guy imaginable.
