Cancelling appointments via mail, letters dont arrive until after appointment is due so you dont know its cancelled until you arrive. Reason for cancellation... they dont know if you know about your appointment. Nowhere on appointment letter does it say to confirm in advance if you will be attending. If that is the case you should update the standard letter to say this. What a waste of time

Terrible service, always changing appointments. Last time I turned up for my appointment which I had booked 3 months in advance to be told they'd moved it to January - another 2 months away - but hadn't bothered to tell me. An hour's wasted journey. Emailed a complaint and phoned the following day to speak to the practice manager for an explanation or apology but am still waiting for a response a week later. Avoid, avoid avoid.
