I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am but was left waiting until approximately 12:40pm before being seen. When Dr Alo finally arrived, I was told she would return in five minutes, yet I was left waiting an additional fifteen minutes. This was particularly distressing as I had undergone jaw surgery on Friday and had not been prescribed any pain relief, despite requesting it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Charlotte William for physiotherapy, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Charlotte is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to helping her patients. She dealt with my problem with great care and attention, always taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I spoke to a really nice lady called Tracy on the phone, she was really patient with me and sounded really kind. I worry about the doctors a lot and she was very soft spoken on the phone which put me at ease a lot. Big thank you to her :)

I had a blood test done at Darwen Health Centre recently and was really impressed. The whole experience was smooth and efficient from the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very personable. The nurse who took my blood was not only professional and skilled but also made me feel completely at ease with her friendly manner. It’s rare to find healthcare delivered with this level of both efficacy and warmth. A real credit to the NHS thank you.
