Darwenside Dental Practice

Received a message informing me that my appointment had been cancelled. Tried several times this morning to contact the practice, was on hold twice for 15 minutes each time, only for my call to be disconnected each time. Requested a call back on the 3rd attempt but heard nothing, therefore tried calling again at the end of the day only for my call to be disconnected again after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. If appointments are going to be cancelled less than a week prior and the practice is asking patients to contact the surgery to reschedule, staff should be available to answer these calls.

I’ve not had the best experience here, but after raising issues with management things turned around. The original work carried out on my teeth was not great, I had 3 fillings done in August and I’ve already had to return several times to have them repaired. But I’ve now been given a new dentist and he was brilliant. After almost 2 months of not being able to eat properly (due to the work done) I’m so happy it’s now sorted. Had my first appointment after a long time, Eloise was great and brought an end to a stressful experience with tooth pain with her care and compassion when explaining everything that had happened and setting out a plan going forward. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking high quality, professional & informative care.

Twice they've had to cancel his appointment. One end of November and last week on the 13th they called before 9am to cancel his appointment at 9.15. As he was about to set off.  I needed to ring him straight away to tell him not to leave. So I tried to call them back as soon as the line opened and I was 17th the queue so I requested a call back so i could rearrange his appointment.
