My experiences at Smile Dartford have always been excellent. Maeve has always gone above and beyond to sort out my relatively complex issues. I was late for an appointment this week due to an accident on the m25 but she still fitted me in despite having a packed schedule. The staff are always, kind, friendly and accommodating. An excellent practice.

New patient. I was extremely nervous as I have multiple problems. Dr Sami was excellent, very thorough, and took his time. I felt like I was listened too and he understood my needs. I’m a dental student who had the privilege of shadowing here twice! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Dr. Bissasu and the amazing team — Klarissa, Lorraine, and Ayo. It’s simple: I came here to learn how to do good dentistry, but I came back because I saw what great dentistry looks like. The way Dr. Bissasu treats his patients — with care, compassion, and trust — is something I’ll always remember. I have been coming here for many years. I am a very anxious dental patient but the welcoming and calm feel of all staff have always helped me.
