I can honestly say that Dr. Omar completely changed my experience of going to the dentist. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with big smiles and a warm welcome - it set the tone for a great visit. They're super courteous and efficient, seeing to patients on time. I had a really great experience at Dartford Dental and was very grateful to get a same day emergency appointment. Dr Jai Patel was excellent! She took her time to explain everything clearly, was extremely thorough, and came across as very professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident I was in safe hands. Nurse Danielle was lovely. Kind, calm, and reassuring. She made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, the care I received went above my expectations, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
