I was referred to the dental clinic for emergency treatment from NHS helpline when my old dentures broken and teeth fell off, therefore I need a new set of dentures. I was very nervous and worried until I met my dentist at Lowerfield, Dr Heeral and Dr Vishnu, they assessed my condition carefully, and tried best to help protect my teeth and tailored the suitable treatment plan on my interest. Used to be a good dentist but has declined in all services in the last few years. The service to customers is now very poor. Both me and my wife having used this practice for years but now have both left due to falling standards. Its a shame that the owners have let this practice decline so much and become a shadow of what it used to be.

Receptionists are great at reminders and all the dental staff are very patient with the kids (thank you). All the other high street dental surgeries were just too full...thankfully this little hidden gem had space for the whole family, highly recommended!
