BUTCHERS NOT A DENTIST - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WORST PRACTICE IN KENT! I am extremely unhappy with the treatment and professionalism at this practice. I had composite fillings placed on my two front teeth after they cracked. Since then, the composite has come off more than 10 times, which clearly shows it has not been applied properly. I am now experiencing bleeding gums, and the exposed area is so close to my natural teeth that it’s causing irritation underneath the gum line. I visited this practice recently under the NHS maternity exemption. The appointment itself was fine, however I felt uncomfortable when I was told that my NHS claim would not be submitted unless I left a Google review. I completely understand that reviews are important for businesses, but linking them to NHS paperwork didn’t sit right with me. Patients should feel free to leave feedback if and when they choose to, not feel that it’s expected in order for administrative processes to be completed. I had Doctor Efe, and she was incredibly professional and absolutely amazing at her job. I needed half a tooth built up and Doctor Efe did that with perfect precision. She executed the job amazingly well and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you so much Doctor Efe, amazing work.

Came to this clinic on the 30th January with my son as he needed emergency treatment and they were wonderful! I was happy to learn there were spaces for new NHS patients. Booked in for today (4th January) for registration checks with the wonderful Dr Shivani and Nurse Kipa who were absolutely fantastic with my special needs son! Now he'll receive great treatment whenever he needs it. Very kind and professional and that goes to the reception staff too!
