I am absolutely appalled by my experience at this practice. I originally booked an appointment, but it was canceled due to the dentist being sick, which I understood. However, I had to wait weeks to finally see Virdah Dar. When I did, we agreed on a filling. The procedure itself was incredibly uncomfortable—I was practically upside down in the chair—but I didn’t say anything, assuming this was just how she worked. Once the filling was done, she asked how it felt. I immediately said it did not feel right because the edges were still really sharp. She then had to file them down again—why was…
The Wife says the service & staff are excellent and would rate them with 5 Stars, but I have only rated them with 2 Stars as they continually FAIL TO EMAIL RECEIPTS FOR THE FEES CHARGED WHEN PAID ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT.
Very disgusting attitude from the woman at the front desk. I think she should get her bottom teeths deep cleaned I don’t recommend this place
After reading all the reviews before going I was really nervous but it was all unexpectedly great. The receptionist was really nice and friendly and she helped us to get to the dentist . All the staff and the equipment were tip-top and clean. The clinic was really clean and looked after. I'm very well happy, and I ll suggest at least going there to check. I am still shocked about negative reviews people left. Thanks, guys, for checking and taking care of my teeth. See you in 6 months' time ✔️
