My experience is terrible, I called this clinic uncountable times to get my kids registered with no positive outcome, I even sent email no response, I finally went to the clinic and I was given a form to fill and send back to them which I did in September, the lady nonchalantly said I would likely get appointment in the middle of October which I said that's fine. I never got any response from them up until now, I called severally yet again, they either don't pick up or when they pick they pretend they don't hear you, even left a voice note with my phone , still no call..this clinic is very …
This is a fantastic dental practice. The staff are professional, transparent and very knowledgeable. As much as I dislike attending any dental appointments, I know I am in safe hands and always put me at ease.
What an amazing dental practice. From someone who hasn't attended the dentist for a few years. I was put at ease the moment I walked in. Mr Tan was very gentle and sympathetic He talked me through my whole procedure step by step and made me feel at ease. Will definitely not feel as anxious for my 6 monthly return.
