I have been attending the Dagenham Dental practice for 10 years. I have always found the service to be incredibly professional and efficient. My dentist Dr Gulamhussein has also treated my children, he is extremely knowledgeable of his profession and always informative. The hygenist Kerry Curness always puts you at ease and treats you with great care, she also goes into great detail as to what procedure will be taking place. I've found this practice to be super unreliable, my last 5 appointments with them have been either met with extremely last minute reschedules (hours before) or last minute cancellations (a day before) with the last appointment cancelled by text without an attempt to call. All these appointments have been booked either 6 or 12 months in advance. EDIT: Owner has replied insinuating I'm not a client at the practice. There is hardly any parking at this place. I arrived early but couldn’t find a space. As a result, they cancelled my appointment and made me rebook, causing me to lose my £20 deposit and was told by the receptionist i had to redeposit. While I was at the clinic, another patient mentioned she had also arrived late but was still seen, which might explain why there was no parking available in the first place.
Been going since I was young and the receptionist is nice and bubbly love her personality
