Great experience, I called 111 last evening and was booked into an emergency appointment at this dental practice. As soon as I arrived the receptionist was lovely and showed me what forms to sign. I went to the waiting area and within 5 minutes I was seen, I had 2 lovely doctors that took a X-ray and confirmed I needed a root canal, sadly I am unable to do root canals with LA and I need IV sedation due to sensory difficulties, so they said they are able to drain the abcess and clean it and they did that, they were very gentle and talked me through the whole process and advised me what to do…

Had a broken tooth causing a lot of pain. Appointment same day. Staff from receptionist to dentist are amazing. I am very nervous and petrified of the dentist but I have never been looked after and made to feel comfortable like this before. All I can say is no pain now and wonderful staff. Thank you so much.

I visited South West London Urgent Dental Care for severe tooth pain. During my emergency appointment, I explicitly requested a temporary filling or protective treatment to cover a cavity and reduce pain. My daughter was seen earlier in the year and the advice and help given was amazing, I was dismissed by own dentist and ended up being referred here as the issue ended up becoming much worst. I have anxiety around dentist visits but I was left feeling at ease, listened to and problem solved quick and efficiently. I would like to thank both dentists and the dental nurses who dealt with both me and my daughter for being so great.
