I visited the practice last week to get my scans done for teeth whitening trays. I had a very positive experience with my dentist, Dr. Josie and nurse Nadia who were both very kind, caring and professional. I was a bit nervous about the scan before the procedure but Dr. Josie made me feel very at ease and helped me stay calm. Nadia was also very friendly and did a great job helping Dr. Josie throughout my time in the chair. Overall a very positive experience, both were very professional and kind - I would definitely recommend to anyone!!
Highly recommend this practice! 😊 I've had consistently great experiences here, and Dr Praisy and Daria are a big part of that. They're friendly, helpful, and thorough, making even the most reluctant patients (like myself!) feel at ease. Wouldn't hesitate to come back !!
WOW!! what a truly wonderful experience with Dr Praisy. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, & genuinely caring, & without a doubt one of the best dentists I have ever had. I am extremely anxious when it comes to injections, yet with Dr Praisy, I genuinely did not feel a thing. Fantastic service today at Dental Beauty Croydon. I needed an emergency procedure and not only did the wonderful Gabi on reception manage to get me an appointment (without any fuzz) the whole experience was first rate. The dentist I saw, Praisy, was welcoming, reassuring and totally professional in all she did. She made me feel so at ease and as if nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much. My dental nurse, Maimoona, helped me relax with kind words and her reassuring manner. Well done all of you.
