I’ve been coming here with my mum for over 15 years. The service has declined terribly. Don’t bother signing up or going to this dentist. the receptionist is very rude her attitude is terrible. She does not give eye contact, she rushes you when speaking. I am waiting for the practice manager to contact I was told I would be contacted by a practice manager for over three weeks now. New Addington Dental Surgery has the rudest, most unprofessional receptionists of anywhere I have ever been. No greeting, no eye contact , extremely abrupt and as there is no practice manager, and no one in charge, it is impossible to complain. However I have the best dentist ever so thank you Morgan for your expert treatment and your kindness. You just need to sort out your front of house staff.

We have been patients here for over 50 years. On Monday my wife rang for an emergency appointment only to be told that they had changed hands and we were no longer covered by the previous dental policy. We did NOT receive any emails about this until Tuesday after chasing them to find out what was happening. They have also taken money from our account for the previous dental policy. When we queried this we were told that WE should have cancelled it. How the hell can I cancel it before the money was taken if you had not informed me? I am not a mind reader. I just finished a long treatment with Dr Samita and nurse Paulina for dentures and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Each visit was very welcoming and friendly. She provided me with all the information from beginning to end. She even made the teeth extraction completely painless. My dentist for life now. I definitely and strongly recommend her and the nurse. what a fantastic team!!! Thank you ever so much (I am saying this with my new smile).
