I’ve been an NHS patient at this practice for years and, frankly, I’ve no intention of going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are actually pleasant to deal with. Not the forced, plastic sort of pleasant either. They’re friendly, organised, and seem to know what they’re doing, which already puts you in a better mood before anyone starts poking around your teeth. My dentist (Dr. Hena Patel) is excellent. Properly professional, thorough, and explains things in plain English instead of dentist-speak. You never feel rushed out the door, and I always leave thinking,…
Brilliant dentist! The NHS checkups are affordable (£27), quick and easy to book an appointment (I only had to wait a week), and the dentist was brilliant. She was honest, shared lots of knowledge and tips, was kind and explained everything clearly. Everything was on time. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend hygienist Jyothi !@ Im usually very nervous about dental appointments,but they were incredibly kind and gentle.They explained everything they were doing every step of the way which really put my mind at ease. My teeth fell amazing and I no longer dread my hygiene appointments. Thank you for such a positive experience.
A first class dentist ,all of the staff ,from the reception staff to the hygienist,dentists are very polite, helpful and professional. I have been here for a while now and could not be happier ,i would highly recommend this practice
