Outstanding quality of care from Raaj and his team. I needed to find a new dentist for my mum, who has Dementia and Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN). My first impressions on the phone were really good, the reception team reassured me that my mum would be well looked after. My mum has been experiencing terrible TN pain recently, and I needed to rule out dental issues being the trigger. I had a wisdom tooth extracted on Boxing Day at Crowborough Gentle Dental. I had developed pain at the start of the Christmas holiday and was visiting friends in the area. Fortunately, this practice was very near to where I was staying and after completing an online form, I was contacted within an hour and arranged an appointment the same day. The team were very caring, responsive and communicative. I was provided with antibiotics and given good and clear instructions for my aftercare. My experience with Crowborough Gentle Dental was outstanding and excellent and I highly recommended them.
