I cannot recommend Dr. Mahsa Balaie at Ashdown Dental Practice highly enough. I have been a patient for several years, and the consistently excellent care I’ve received has always impressed me — but my most recent experience truly exceeded all expectations. I have a fear of dentists, but since I have been to ashdown dental practice I have felt really comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they make sure that you are relaxed. The dentist and hygienist are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
Having had a same dentist for 18 years whilst living in New Zealand, I was a little apprehensive as to finding one here now I live in Crowborough. I have been very pleasantly surprised at the first class service offered from Ashdown Dental Practice and relaxed regarding any future appointments, which is great as I am a nervous patient.
I’ve always had an excellent experience here. The dentist is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous – truly a legend in her field. The whole team makes each visit a positive one, with staff who are consistently welcoming and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
