I have several illnesses and most of the time dealt with very professionally. Have never yet failed to see a Dr on the day. Nurse sometimes a little more difficult. Receptionists have a very difficult job and are only told what to do by people above them. Just think yourself lucky you don't have to deal with the likes of us. i have been going to this gp since i was 11 (i am now 20) and i have always found them nothing but rude they constantly play things down to health anxiety and don’t listen to there patients there receptionists are very rude and snappy on the phone i have had to jump through multiple hoops with this gp just to be listened to

I would like to say that the service I received from all of the team was outstanding . From the phone call to the receptionist ,and her prompt action, to the Doctor ringing me back within the hour. I was speedily dealt with and asked to attend the surgery within a short time of the phone call . I arrived and Rachael the nurse was so reassuring and professional, I’ve also never had blood taken so well before,as I struggle with it . I can’t thank her enough .
