I’m leaving a review for Crickhowell Dental Practice following such a positive experience last week. I unfortunately managed to crack a tooth leaving an ugly broken area with a very sharp bit over the weekend. I was very impressed that the team were able to see me so quickly, finding me a cancellation appointment the next day and keeping me fully informed. I saw James who was excellent; he immediately put me at ease and expertly fixed the tooth, which he colour matched exactly - it’s one you can see and you honestly can’t tell which one it was! I am extremely nervous at dentists. My experience at Crickhowell was brilliant. Met, on both visits by a friendly and caring receptionist. The dentist I saw was so good, if only I had received dental treatment like this when I was younger maybe I wouldn't be scared of dentists. While having a filling I suddenly realised I was quite tense with no need to be, so just relaxed and I can honestly say I felt, no pain, no discomfort and what's more my tooth was not straight forward but a first class repair has been done. I have recently attended this practice, once for an extraction and once for a new filling as well as two hygienist consultations. I am very pleased with the professional care I have received. The receptionists are also very attentive and friendly.
