Torcross Dental Practice

Called the practice due to a tooth becoming extremely wobbly whilst heavily pregnant. The receptionist was very polite and managed to get me an appointment within 24hours. The dentist and her assistant were amazing, extremely reassuring, polite and explained everything perfectly. Luckily my tooth was extracted within minutes with the lovely assistant holding my hand the whole way through. Thank You so much for taking great care of me whilst I was feeling extremely vulnerable. I really appreciate how you made a distressing situation very calm and collect 🥰

Last week I went to this clinic to get my tooth filled. The dental assistant hit the inside of my cheek so hard with the suction that it still hasn’t healed after a week and I am in pain. My tooth is fine, but my cheek is injured! I’m really sorry, but are your staff trained for this kind of work? I will not come to this clinic again. If the pain gets worse, I will definitely file a complaint.

An emergency appointment arranged within 24 hours, for a replacement filling. The reception and surgery staff, were great and understood my needs. On the whole a very pleasant experience.

After being anxious about going to the dentist for 2 yrs, my appointment with a female dentist was very calming and she was very gentle. Explained what was happening clearly and made the checkup stress free. Happy to book my next appointment.
