The best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the warm inviting decor, to the staff and customer service provided. I came here as a referral to get a root canal and I left the practice feeling like I'd been on a spa day out! The experience was pain free, even when Dr Tiwana used the needles to numb the area. I was able to watch Netflix whilst the procedure was being completed and throughout I was being checked on. I even received a call the day after to check I wasn't in pain. Upon entering, I was struck by how nice and clean looking the practice is. It is homely and beautifully decorated, with a calm atmosphere. I had Guided Biofilm Therapy with Jay and his assistant Dr Henal, who were both welcoming and friendly. Jay performed a detailed evaluatoin, which included asking qestions about my concerns and oral hygiene habbits. He was very accepting and non judgemental, and he understood everything that i was saying, in a way that was seamless. Absolutely lovely and friendly service. I was taken care of so well after going to so many dentists and not receiving the right information this is the first dentist Henel Shah who explained in details what was wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done step by step.
