I’ve been extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this orthodontic service. My daughter's treatment has now dragged on for four years, and her braces are still on with no clear end in sight. Instead of seeing progress, her teeth seem to be moving too far inward, which is worrying and frustrating. On her last appointment they ripped the corner of her lip which hurt for good for days. Awful experience and very poor service My daughter’s orthodontic treatment has been ongoing for over five years with no progress and constant delays. The orthodontist and practice staff have been unhelpful, dismissive, and dishonest in their communication. Complaints have been ignored, and important contact information has been repeatedly withheld. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care, professionalism, and accountability.

Went here for my braces, it was a long time spent, with covid delays and the likes Pinnacle always were friendly, professional and made sure that for my 7 years spent I was well accomodated, appointments were freely available and I never felt like I was getting anything other than everyones best.
