Gentle Dental Centre

Click MORE for updates. I had my first appointment today, and they seem polite and professional. They have been able to accommodate my lack of availability through work commitments and have given me a Saturday appointment, which really helps.. I will update after my first of 3 extractions. UPDATE: Had 3 extractions today where my teeth had previously snapped off. Kat and Deyol managed all 3 in 1 session and did a fantastic job. Greatful and impressed, they are lovely people 👍

I’m extremely grateful for the entire dental team at this clinic. I have visited four different dentists here over last few years with the clinic, and each of them has been professional, kind, and truly caring. Same goes to the nurses :) I would especially like to thank Dr Chi for helping me with an issue I had been struggling with for over a year and a half. The small doctor of Asian appearance — I’m sorry, I don’t know his name as he didn’t introduce himself — made me feel completely dismissed. After ignoring me, he immediately took in another patient, who also appeared to be Asian, even though that person had an appointment scheduled after mine. He simply told me to speak with the receptionist instead of providing any assistance, despite the fact that I had already waited 40 minutes and had been properly registered. Having been brought up in the 50s and 60s my experience with dentists was not good but now Having become a gentle dental patient my experience has been brilliant from day one they have been polite and caring but most of all they've been gentle would highly recommend them
