I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Mohamad Chahine at Bhandal Dental Practice. I wish to be compensated for this. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Bhandal have been looking after our teeth for over 40 years now. They always take great care, they explain any treatment options necessary and don’t automatically recommend expensive interventions. Our visits are always a pleasure. This time we were seen by Mo, another great addition to the team. Our grandkids are going on Saturday, which says it all.

I recently attended this dental practice and unfortunately had a very negative experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, which immediately made the visit uncomfortable. The condition of the practice itself was also concerning. The place felt run down, looked unclean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the building, which is not something you expect or want to experience in a healthcare setting. My wife Saw Mr Bhandal yesterday morning for an extraction. always apprehensive at the dentist but was put at ease straight away. From the pleasant Reception to the meeting of the dentist was really calming. he explained everything and within a matter of a few minutes the tooth was out. A BIG THANK YOU to your team .
