Absolutely great first appointment experience! Nasreen Uddin is very friendly, professional and made this experience relaxing- not something you would expect from a dental appointment. :) Nasreen explained all the details thoroughly about my dental treatment requirements and next steps. As always, exceptional service from the team at Bupa Dental Coventry. I saw Kiran (dentist) and Rachel (hygienist), both offer the highest quality service and are so well supported by the team. The experience is great from the moment you step in and are greeted by the reception staff. The dental staff are highly skilled and ensure a comfortable experience. I cannot praise this practice enough!
The staff are very friendly and helpful in arranging emergency appointments. Dr Sindhu Nair is the BEST! She takes the time to reassure you when nervous and is a true expert at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and offers advice on after care following all procedures. She is very gentle and has a very pleasant bedside manner. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
