WOW. the customer service here is out of this world. Staff were very kind to my little boy who has a fear of talking to people he doesn't know, but they made him feel so comfortable he pushed through. So good and did not have to wait very long thanks all Xx

Absolutely brilliant. My daughter was 8 years old at referral and the staff couldn't have been better with her. She first had block braces to adjust her bottom jaw and help it grow properly (approx 18 months). Then moving onto fixed braces (approx 18 months). They let her pick the band colours each time and made it fun for her. They explained everything so well making sure she understood what was happening. Honestly I could not recommend them more. Amazing service and wonderful staff.

I could not recommend them enough! The whole team were so lovely and they really cared about giving me the best smile. I moved away for university midway through treatment and they were always so accommodating so I could continue my treatment plan with them!

I would highly recommend this practice. In particular, Kayleigh has been brilliant with my daughter’s treatment. She was quick to put her at ease and settled her nerves. The treatment was carried out efficiently and everything explained in detail. Thank you so much Kayleigh - we will almost be sad when the treatment is completed and no longer need to come!
