It’s always a pleasurable experience attending Goodwin & Associates. Appointments always start on time. The care and professionalism shown by all of the staff is exceptional. All of the treatment I have ever received has been successful. Prices are competitive and reasonable.
Friendly staff on reception and I was very impressed how a staff member went out of their way to locate some Whitewash anti-stain floss for me when none was present in the display shelving. I was collected on time for my hygiene appointment and found the hygienist to be knowledgeable, friendly, providing advice and describing the processes being undertaken. At the end of the session my next appointment was confirmed and the hygienist advised me to make subsequent appointments. All in all, very impressed and 10/10. Well done to the staff at Goodwins.
My experiences have been positive. The sevice from reception have been polite and helpfull. Recently I have emailed which functioned great. Definitely easier than by phone. I have been seeing Anna Downey. She has been nothing but excellent. Thank you.
Hi both April the hygienist and Molly the nurse were vert welcoming and professional. April also explained in detail the reasoning behind the treatment and was also very encouraging about my own attention to improving my teeth which was satisfying. All in all a lovely experience today, which says a lot coming from myself has I usually hate going to the Dentist/Hygienist. 😀😷👍
