Had the best experience with Nina & Hannah today! Was greeted by Hannah to take me through to the treatment room and Nina carried out my scale & polish with ease and competence and we even managed to get a bit of banter and a wee laugh in between! Overall a fabulous experience today and my teeth feel clean & cared for! Please thank both of them again and lastly, I should mention the lovely lady on reception! Amazing service, Nina makes you feel so relaxed and is very friendly. Nina knows her service users well and can remember previous conversations from previous visits and always comments on that. I usually feel stressed coming to dentist but I am becoming more chilled knowing that Nina is there to reassure you and give you advice and support when required.
I had a very disappointing experience at Buchanan Dental Care. Despite having a visible cavity that needed prompt treatment, my appointments were repeatedly used just to take more X-rays and schedule yet another visit instead of actually fixing the problem. The dentist even asked for permission to use my images for their own work, but still did not proceed with the actual treatment that was promised. This led to unnecessary delays and even affected my work schedule. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
