I had a fantastic experience today with the hygienist, Alex Janke. From start to finish, Alex was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at ease. What I appreciated most was how thorough and patient he was. He took the time to explain every step of the process and was exceptionally gentle throughout the cleaning. He also frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Alex to anyone!

I am writing to share my positive experience after speaking with Linda earlier today. I was very impressed with her response; she took the time to listen to my concerns and offered professional advice. Linda is a fantastic ambassador for Hathaway and provided five-star service. It is very reassuring to have someone like Linda on the end of the phone.

Although the appointment procedure was appalling and I had many cancellations I was eventually seen by Dr Eni Petrovski. I cannot praise her highly enough. She was caring and considerate and did an excellent job of inserting a new tooth. When I need treatment in the future I will definitely call for her — RA

Had my first tooth extraction (awake) to say I was a nervous wreck was an understatement! But my dentist Shahd and the dental nurse, were amazing, patient and calming, Shahd stopped as soon as I raised my head, she kept reassuring me, and the hand squeeze from the dental nurse meant the world! Thank you both for being so calm and patient with me! I knew I could trust you and you didn’t let me down!
