From the very beginning, the level of skill, care, and experience shown by the whole team has been outstanding. 17-02-25 == I attended my 6-monthly hygienist appointment today. I don't look forward to the time in the chair but I know its good for the health of my teeth & gums. I must say today I was very pleasantly surprised. The lady doing the cleaning was called Shewani & she has been at the practice for 3 months. She made me feel very welcome, explained everything clearly & asked questions with regards to how I clean my teeth & if I had any sensitivity issues. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Did have to wait 30 mins for my scheduled appointment this time, but the dentist was very apologetic about the delay. Would love extended opening hours to enable those who work full time to attend appointments after work (or - even better - on a weekend!)

Best practice in the area, and potentially beyond. In my personal experience, everywhere you go to the dentist, you don't expect good communication and a strong feeling of care about you as a patient. But that was not the case here. The entire team, from reception and all the way up to the practice manager has done nothing but help my wife and I to got the best treatment plan with all considerations in regards of time constraints and budget.
