I was referred to this hospital for an x-ray, from parking to returning to my car took 10 minutes! It’s an absolute breath of fresh air! I understand this dept to have only opened 2 months ago, but if this is the service you can get from the NHS, long may it continue…oh, and the onsite parking is free!

Easy to get into, easy to park, I could probably do it again in the dark. The people were helpful, each one had a smile, it didn't matter we had to wait for a while. My daughter had her vaccine, the nurse was so pro, that my daughter smiled when it was her time to go. The stickers she got really made her day, and with a wave we were both on our way.

Charlotte, who answered my telephone call was extremely helpful and reassuring regarding my problem trying to book an X-ray at Ripley hospital. I had been trying to book an X-ray for a week by telephoning every day morning and afternoon only to be told by a recorded message that there was no one available to take my call and to call back later. She took all my details and promised to investigate. Ten minutes later I received an apologetic call from Ripley X-ray department who booked me in for my X-ray. Yippee! Thank you Charlotte.

My daughter was due to have her 2nd vaccination this morning but now has Covid. I phoned Walton Hospital to cancel her appointment. Jodi Holden asked me if she was ok and I started crying as I am worried about her as she had just given birth 10 days ago. Jodi was so kind and reassuring and gave me advice for my daughter. She explained that many people who are pregnant, or just given birth, and those with cancer and other illnesses etc are pulling through. It was lovely to speak to such a friendly, kind person.
