My first visit yesterday, my appointment was with Matt. I was greeted by lovely staff on the reception who made me feel very welcome. Matt was very friendly, my checkup and X-rays were very thorough, he went into lots of details and answered my questions fully. I am really impressed with the team. I signed up to the scheme which was easy to do with the reception staff, I have my next check up and clean and polish appointment booked. It’s great to have a practice so good close to home.
My wife and I recently booked here jointly after both having poor experiences at other local denti sts. We were very pleasantly received by the lovely reception staff who put us at ease instantly with their friendly and engaging conversation. Joanne Lamb the dental practitioner and her lovely assistant treated both my wife and I separately and made us feel very relaxed and welcome patients, almost as if we were already well acquainted previous patients, but in a genuine way.
