I suffer from anxiety when visiting the dentist, but the whole team are incredible, they always put me at ease, explain everything and check on me throughout the procedure. They are so nice, friendly and professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thank you for taking the time to copy and paste your general response and editing where necessary but I am still waiting for you to directly answer why you were so rude and unprofessional. Until you answer just one of the problems I raised then I cannot take this further and as this practise is owned by yourself I doubt very much that you can solve any of this unless you have had a personality transplant? I have just had an extraction and I found that the treatment was excellent. The anaesthetic needles were virtually painless, the extraction some ten minutes later was swift and painless. The dentist and his staff are friendly and professional and I fully recommend them.

My wife had her first appointment with this surgery last week, she was quite anxious not having been to a dentist for quite a while, but she immediately felt at ease as the bright, clean well organised surgery and friendly reception staff made us feel very welcome. The dentist was kind & explained thoroughly what treatment was necessary & how this would be carried out.
