I recently had a wisdom tooth removed after developing a small hole that was trapping food and gradually getting larger, putting me at risk of exposing the nerve or developing an abscess. I was clearly advised of the risks but never pushed into either extracting it or leaving it in — everything was explained calmly and professionally. On the day, the team were friendly, supportive, and talked me through the whole procedure, which really put me at ease.
