Awful experience - called 111 after being in pain with 3 teeth and being unable to get a standard appointment. 111 very helpful and got me booked in at clay Cross family dental. When I arrived the dentist without even greeting me asked what was wrong and proceeded to state he couldn't help me today as id need 3 appointments for 3 teeth issues, despite me pleading for him to help.and advising that 111 had booked this in knowing the issue he still refused and told me to register with a dentist and not to blame the system if it doesnt work for me. My dentist Anthony Evans is the most caring and patient person.Over the past 6 weeks I have been to see him 3 times initially to discuss the options available for a broken tooth and then to perform the necessary work. I had total confidence in him and knew he would come up with a solution to save my tooth. I have to say he didn’t disappoint me and saved my tooth. He is always very reassuring and fully informs you of the work required.He is very patient and listens to and addresses any concerns you may have.
